Her appeal includes: The State charged Mueller with first degree murder, a Class 1 felony; conspiracy to commit first degree murder, a Class 1 felony; fraudulent schemes and artifices, a Class 2 felony and unlawful use of a
power of attorney, a Class 2 felony, in connection with her husband’s death in November 2012. After a nine-day trial, the jury found Mueller guilty as charged. The court sentenced Mueller to concurrent life terms on the
murder and conspiracy convictions to be served consecutive to concurrent five-year prison terms on the other convictions. This court has jurisdiction over Mueller’s timely appeal pursuant to Article 6, Section 9, of the Arizona Constitution and Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) sections 12-
120.21(A)(1), 13-4031, 13-4033(A) (2016).1

Julene Simko and Jeremy Simko

According to Investigation Discovery, On November 18, 2009, 36-year-old Jeremy Simko was fatally shot in his home. Investigators concluded that someone approached him from behind and fired a single shot from a .357 Magnum Smith & Wesson revolver into the back of his head. Nearly 10 years later, his wife, Julene Simko, was indicted for his murder. Simko has always maintained her innocence, and continues to insist that her husband was shot by an intruder. Carri Standsoverbull and Jeffrey Hewitt

In sseason 24 episode 10, the story of Carri Standsoverbull and Jeffrey Hewitt.. She was sentenced to forty years in prison for his beating death. Snapped describes this show as When a charred human torso is discovered on a Native American reservation in Montana, local and federal investigators join forces to piece together a heinous crime. According to the Billings Gazette , Judge Michael Moses sentenced Carri Elizabeth Standsoverbull, 41, to 60 years in prison with 20 suspended in the death of Jeffrey Hewitt. She will also be required to pay a $5,000 fine and roughly $5,500 in restitution. Standsoverbull will be eligible for parole after 10 years.
