Julene Simko and Jeremy Simko

Julene Simko
According to Investigation Discovery, On November 18, 2009, 36-year-old Jeremy Simko was fatally shot in his home.


Investigators concluded that someone approached him from behind and fired a single shot from a .357 Magnum Smith & Wesson revolver into the back of his head.


Nearly 10 years later, his wife, Julene Simko, was indicted for his murder. Simko has always maintained her innocence, and continues to insist that her husband was shot by an intruder.

This occurred in the state of Ohio.

    According to Oregon Live ,  Despite pleas from her husband, her daughter and her former pastor, a Gig Harbor woman on Friday was sentenced to 18 years in prison for hiring a hit man to kill her son-in-law. Constance Tomich and Ronald Tomich

As seen on Season 23 of Oxygen's Snapped, of her husband, Ronald. She involved her boyfriend, as well has her daughter in the murder. Some of them have been charged as well. The murder took place on Valentine's Day. She was sentenced to life. Her daughter Melissa Zimmerman was sentenced to ten years.
