Donna Mathews and Michael Gayan

Donna Mathews
As seen on Season 24 of Oxygen's Snapped, Donna Mathews was convicted of the first degree murder of her former boyfriend, Michael Gayan. She claimed he stalked and threatened her, however her planning of the murder was meticulous.

Her brother, Derrick was sentenced to seven years in prison for assisting her with the murder.

She was sentenced to life in prison.

According to Kenosha News, Donna Matthews was convicted of killing Gayan, shooting him to death at his home near the Kenosha lakefront on July 4, 2016. She has maintained that she was driven to kill Gayan because he was stalking her and had threatened to kill her and members of her family.
Derrick Matthews, who at his sister’s trial said Gayan behaved “as a man possessed,” helped his sister carry out her plan, in part by providing the handgun she used, and by driving her to and from Gayan’s home the night she killed him.

Cynthia Coates and Corey Storey

According to the Kokomo Tribune,  Coates was sentenced in November 2016 to 20 years behind bars following a plea deal brokered just days before she was scheduled to stand trial on a count of murder. Instead, she entered into an agreement pleading guilty to a lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter, a Level 2 felony. At the time of his death, Story was working as an in-home caregiver to Tommie Hammock Jr., who found his body in his home on Oct. 25, 2014, after Coates, his friend, drove him home from a birthday party, according to a probable-cause affidavit. Coates was at the party previously, but left to get her car washed. Hammock was noted in the affidavit as saying she returned to the party two hours later, but the car was unwashed. It was suspected she shot Story in that time frame. Diana Lovejoy and Mulvihill Lovejoy

According to Oxygen,  Cracks in the storybook facade began to show. Mulvihill was forced into unemployment, which placed Lovejoy into the role of sole provider. Friends remember she had chronic fatigue and believed her health was fading. "She believed that she had fibromyalgia and believed that her son had an illness that all stemmed from some kidney illness," said Brenton. Eventually, Lovejoy's health and other issues led to the couple splitting in 2014. By 2016, both Mulvihill and Lovejoy were working and co-parenting, even though their divorce wasn't finalized. The two men went to the isolated spot the caller had specified with a child's baseball bat and mountain bike light. That's when they saw "somebody in camouflage, on their belly, with a rifle," explained Brenton. The two ran from the scene, but the man fired multiple rounds. Mulvihill was shot once under the armpit, and he survived after an emergency surgery, the San Diego R...
